Doves From Air/Tear Apart Vanish

Two great plans in one! You get a complete routine that makes an excellent opening act. The magician runs on stage with a large net on a handle. He is followed by his assistant carrying a small, open topped cage. He points into the air, takes a swipe with his net and magically catches a dove which is deposited in the cage. This is repeated and another dove is caught and deposited. The magician is joined on stage by another assistant carrying a small box frame covered in newspaper. The doves are placed in the box, but instantly the box is dismantled with the paper frame sides, top and bottom being broken over the assistants' arms. The doves have vanished as quickly as they appeared.
